SIM group Paging access

I have created 3 user ID's and can't figure out how to configure the user access to display Options>Events>Auto event handling>Manage Tasks WITHOUT granting full configuration rights. Creating a custom toolbox group doesn't grant this field. I need to restrict the 3 user ID's to view this field so they can access the paging tasks created for each group and add their servers and not have full access to all the other Option tabs. This was not a problem on CIM7 when creating personal events and having the notification tasks point to the different personnel events.
