SIM init scripts

I have HP SIM 4.2 running on an PA-RISC HP-UX 11.i OS. Question is simple, how can I stop/start SIM server? It seems simple, but if I run mxstop/mxstart or /sbin/init.d/hpsim stop/start doen't works at all, server seems to stop stop with exitcode 0 but I cant star it again. Any idea?

There is no problem with the scripts, just they are veeeeeeeeeery slow for stop/start database. Thanks for all.
