SIM Ports

I need to open up some ports for our dmz servers to talk to our SIM server. We primarily just need the ability to send snmp traps and use the version control repository in conjunction with the Systems Management Homepage. Is there a comprehensive list of ports associated with SIM somewhere?

The following document has a great list of the protocols and ports used by HP SIM and other Insight software.
