SIM question
I installed SIM5.0 in my customer,but I have 2 question,
1.ML370 G2 Server type in SIM is show "unknow",but BL20P G2 is correct.
2.Can I install managent agent for Windows XP(BL20P G2),but I checked website the agent is not support XP.May I use smartstart7.4 autorun to install agent.

It is showing unknown because you dont have HP agents installed or running in your ML370 G2 machine. You can install HP agents for servers from Smart start.

Do you have Windows XP on the ML370 G2? If so then there is not anything I can suggest.
If you have server 2000/2003 then don't use the Smartstart CD.
Download the latest Proliant Support Pack (7.4B) from the drivers page of your server on the HP website and run that instead.
