SIM Reporting Feature
I've been tasked with looking at processor utilization of our servers. When I run reports (see attachment). Can anyone tell me what the numbers mean under the "processor Load" because HP can't.
Thanks,
Rryan

Re: SIM Reporting Feature
HPSIM isn't a very good tool for that, it doesn't go around collecting performance data.
You could use PMP, but there would still be a lot of work.
VMWare have a tool that collects a lot of performance data, they use it to help you assess the suitability for virtualisation. It pulls in quite a lot of data. There are probably other free products around.
HPSIM is more geared around alerting you if there are problems rather than providing an ongoing performance review. Any CPU figures are likely to be from when the data collection was done, and they may be done at off peak periods.
