SIM reports - configuration and comparison reports
Hello!
I'm installing SIM 5.0 on hpux 11.23.
I have installed WBEM and Secure Shell /the
minimum software required/.
I intend to use it only for:
1. Collecting reports from my hpux-boxes about configuration: OS versions, Hardware, Software bundles, LUNs,interfaces and so on.
2.Making Snapshot Comparison reports by using snapshots with historical data about these systems./Using Reports-> Snapshot Comparison/
For regret I have 2 problems:
1. The reports are appatir in SIM, but cannot be exported to Excel:
"Unable to export data appair" in Excel window.
2.The report from Snapshot Comparison is
not "good" / I mean not in good view-format /.
If you have any experience with this, please help me.

Re: SIM reports - configuration and comparison reports
Hi,
try this guide:
http://www.hp.com/wwsolutions/misc/hpsim-helpfiles/sys-book.pdf
About report, I seems to remember you can show report in csv format. Then it should be easy to import data in excel.
regards
Luca
