SIM reports
When I run an inventory report, some of the data fields come up blank. When I check the system's record, the data is present and correct. When I export the system's information to an XML, the data is present and correct. Where does the report pull the data from and how can I reconsile it?

Re: SIM reports
Inventory information moves from the managed server into the SIM database on different ways. First basics go by "Discovery", some info is pulled by "Identification" (by default the task Daily Device Identification), and advanced information is only collected weekly (Weekly Data Collection).
Changes in the configuration can get in the reports 6.9 days later at the worst. If you want actual data, you can run the task data collection manually out of schedule or you can schedule it to run daily e.g.
