SIM Upgrade & Oracle DB

Hi,

I'm trying to update my HP SIM installation from SP2 to SP5. It seems that the installer can transfer database configuration settings. Unfortunately I get the following error when the database connection is validated:
Unknown database error 16512. What does that mean?
