sim will not start after restore

Hello,
I have installed a new sim4.2 on a new host.
I have the datas restored from the old host with the document sim5.1_backup_restore.pdf

This is the log by starting:
/var/opt/mx/logs/mxdomainmgr.6996.out

CMS Locale = de_DE
