SIM WONT LOAD - Unrecognized Windows Sockets error: 0: JVM_Bind

Installed HP SIM 5.2 SP2 on a clean Windows 2008 Standard 64BIT system. Everything install, but SIM does not load. I have the following error message in mxdomainmgr.0 file:

Unrecognized Windows Sockets error: 0: JVM_Bind

Any Ideas

you could try reinstalling or upgrading your java on this system.
