SIM5.2 & SMI-S Agent (Command View XP)

Hi,

I am working with SIM5.2 and i would like to manage XP Storage device with SMI-S agent.So i have installed command view and SMI-S agent as well on a "proxy" windows server.

I have added this server into SIM and polling SMI agent i got all XP devices managed by command view correctly.

The trouble is that i can't view any data collection about this XP devices.No capacity information, no storage volume information and no ports information.

I try to restart SMI-S agent but nothing change.

Do you have any suggestion?
