SIM5: Reference support pack not available
We have a large amount of mixed Proliant servers where we just updated the SIM and VCR. All servers with newer PSP's installed (W2k and W2k3) can connect to the VCR without problems. Servers with NT 4.0 and older PSP's (6.41A or lower) can not find the inventory information. When we try to configure the VCA on a server, we get the following messages:
"The new configuration was stored successfully but there was an error retrieving data from the Version Control Repository Manager using the saved settings"
"No inventory information is available to obtain a list of Support Paqs from". But the VCR has the requested PSP's and they are visible within the VCRM.
Any ideas how to get the older agents running ?
