SIM53 on Windows 2003
The above SIM53 installation was installed fine and a test discovery run ok.
2 months later come back the CMS (project on hold) to start discovery of servers in earnist adn found that although the discovery task completes, the server do not appear in any lists!!
If you attempt a search and part type the server name a list of servers appear, but if you select any of them the search pane on the right displays 0 entries.
I can discover a server over and over again, and the app does not inform me that a system by that name already exist, that would explain empty system lists!
Can anyone help?

Re: SIM53 on Windows 2003
Filters being enabled is one.
Are there servers in the discovery subnet?
Check the version of HP SIM, if it's a bit old and unused and it's not SP1 I'd be tempted to rip it all out and reinstall using the SP1 download. Don't forget the Hotfixes as well.
