SMH missing Tool Tab

Hi all,

I just installed SMH 2.2.2 (A.2.2.2.5) on my B-class server(hpux 11.11). when I bring-up the browser, the Tool tab is not there. I follow the installation/config doc. step-by-step. Attached you find output of the swlist.
