Re: SMH Problems

Can you try logging in to VCRM system using your service account? Is this service account a member of a group which is defined in SMH groups?
Is your VCRM system Windows XP or Windows 2000/2003?

Re: SMH Problems

I am running SIM and VCRM on a XP box but this will change very soon to win 2003.

I have only 1 group in SIM and it is Administrators, which i am a part of as i can log into SIM.

Thanks

Re: SMH Problems

Since it is Windows XP box, you might try this:
Click on Start->Run, type gpedit.msc, Group Policy console will open, then under Computer Configuration, expand Windows Settings->Security Settings->Local Policies->Security Options. In the right pane, double click the 'Network Access:Sharing and Security model for local accounts' and Change it to 'Classic-Local users authenticate as themselves' from the drop down list. Then close all the windows. Restart SMH and try if VCA can login.
