SNMP Agent Capabilities

My manager said: "We're not going to change our read-write community string because the worst that could happen if someone wanted to cause trouble is they could reboot the server".

I'm trying to find out exactly what a person could do if they had the read-create password.

I know they could change any read-write settings but I need to know what these read-write mib variables would be on a typical HP Proliant server running 7.10A version of agents.
