SNMP Trap
I had installed sim 5.3 sp1 . it is working fine but i have doubt about SNMP trap setings for client . which place can i go and which ip address can i set
my SIM server ip like : 192.168.66.12

Re: SNMP Trap
For Windows enter the settings in the snmp service - make sure community and trap destination are set correct. If you want to send a test trap go to control panel => HP Management Agents. Select the "SNMP Settings" tab and use the "Send Test Trap" button.
For Linux use you can use the SMH to set these values and to as well to send a test trap.
