Software Firmware Baseline Information Empty

Hello All... I am running SIM 5.2 with the latest patch. Version Control Repository and Version Control Agents are configured and working properly.

Some of my VCAs were configured with the IP or FQDN of the VCR. Some of my VCAs were configured with the NETBIOS name of the VCR.

The Servers that the VCA was configured with the IP or FQDN of the VCR shows all relevant info under Software Firmware Baseline Information when running reports or Data Collection report (Software Firmware Baseline Name, Software Firmware Baseline Version, Latest Version, Configured Repository).

The Servers that the VCA was configured with the NETBIOS name of the VCR does not show all the info under Software Firmware Baseline Information when running reports or Data Collection report except for Configured Repository which is shown (Does not show Software Firmware Baseline Name, Software Firmware Baseline Version, Latest Version).

So I updated all servers to use the IP of the VCR and ran Identify Systems, Data Collection, Software Status Polling and even tried removing servers from SIM and re-adding and the info is still not showing up on the servers that previously used the NETBIOS name of the VCR (except Configured Repository which was updated to the IP).

Anyone know how to populate this info? (Pic Attached) Thanks in advance.
