Software Polling Extremely Slow after Upgrade

We jusr recently upgraded to SIm 7.0.  SInce then, basic software polling is painfully slow. 

It is also slow pulling up software information under the SW column.  Is anyone elxe experiencing this?  Any solutions?  Thanks!
