storage essentials will not load

Hi i have just run an upgrade to SE 6 however when i now try to open any SE page from SIM (5.1 sp1) i get a page error that say's either my license or security setings will not allow the page to open?

any ideas

found out my issue, needed to log in as root user i created the DB with
