Strange problem

Hi,

I am using SIM 4.2 SP2 on Win2k. The events I created have been working and suddenly for events like physical HDD problem and RAM faulty has stop sending email alerts. The other alert like restarting server is still sending. Can somebody help me out. Thanks.

I'm going to guess that 'suddenly' equates to the when you rolled out the 7.4 PSP. You need the
'Insight Management MIB update kit for HP Systems Insight Manager for Windows' from http://h18023.www1.hp.com/support/files/server/us/download/23675.html

Additionally, on that page select the link to 'subscribe to driver, software, and support alerts' so you will be notified of things such as this.
