Suitable JPI not detected.

Hi All,

I am unable to connect to the HP SIM console via https://servername:50000 as it says a suitable JPI is not detected.

I have installed this on my workstation and refreshed but it still does not detect and hence does not display the login page.

Any ideas?

Where are you connecting from and what OS, Browser etc?
From your workstation do you have any JRE's installed? what version?
If you're using IE, check under Advanced Options, is there any check against Java (Sun) Use JRE .... if so what's the version?

Maybe try downloading JRE 1.4.2_06 and installing that and retesting.
