System discoverd then deleted

hi

we are running SIM 6.2 and over the past few weeks we have seen a few alerts saying a system has been discoverd and then the same system is being seleted

why is this happening and how do i stop it from discovering the system and deleting it again

Did you checked your Discovery task? Do you have any custom discovery task configured?
