System Management Homepage issues

Hi. I'm having a problem with several DL380 G4's not displaying all the elements on the System Management Homepage. All are at v2.1.14.204 from SupportPack 8.11a, but most are just showing "no failed/degraded items" on the page. A few are normal, showing the System,network,storage,SW,etc boxes. All are setup the same re: SNMP, configurable items in SP8.11a, etc.

Anyone have any ideas?

also, the System Model always shows as "Unknown".

This is almost always related to SNMP set up. Are you sure that 'localhost' is allowed? Remember you can use the 'Configure or Repair Agents' function in HP SIM to make these corrections automatically.

Thanks, David.

Although not set up in the working servers, I added "localhost" and 127.0.0.1 within the SNMP setup on the others that had the problem, and it worked like a charm.
