System Management Homepage Virtual Interface 1 unknown

Why does System Management Homepage display an unknown status for Virtual Interface 1 on Windows systems. Drilling down only shows that it is refering to the loopback 127.0.0.1 interface.

Did anyone find a fix for this? We have the same problem on our servers, only the Virtual Interface is now showing
