System Type - Unknown og Unmanaged

Hi there.
I have som problems with system type. al lot of servers show as unknown or unmanaged. how do I get them to show as servers? And what is the difference between unknown and unmanaged?

Unmanaged means that a management protocol (SNMP, WBEM, DMI, etc) has not been found on the system. Unknown means that although a management protocol has been found, it cannot identify the system.
