Systems Insight Manager is already installed

I had to reinstall the Systems Insight Manager and I uninstalled it first. Now when I try to reinstall it it give me the error.
"Systems Insight Manager is already installed" even though its not.

I am running on Win2k Sp4. SQL.
Have checked the service and its not there, the registry is also clean.

Any help will be very appreciated.
