Tasks migration
We moved SIM to a new server, same build - 5.1 sp1, and everything worked fine except the tasks - neither scheduled taks nor event handling tasks. Even the default ones aren't there. We had assumed they were part of the db.
Is there a file(s) we can transfer from the old server or an easy way to get those back other than recreating?

Re: Tasks migration
Just to add some more information - we're using a remote sql 2005 database. All the servers and events are there (although the event counts don't show on the home page), etc. but not any tasks.
Also, Remote Support Configuration is installed, but I can't access the page from within the new SIM install - I accept the certificate but it still says "authorization required."
I've gone through a number of support docs, but can't find anything related to these 2 issues.
