The Database Communication Link has been lost

Hi all

On my brand new default install of HP SIM 5.1 SP1 I have this issue. Under the 'PF' column on all my servers it shows a '?' - If I click it I get:

The Database Communication Link has been lost. Please close the browser.

Why is this?

My database is external to the HP SIM install -in PolyServe Cluster.

Any advice?
