The oracle database schema is not empty

I tried to create an oracle database hundreds of times, but still failed to used to install SIM 5.0 or 5.1.
Can someone teach me how to create a empty schema oracle database ???

Hi some news regarding this? I have the same problem

oracle11 HPSIM 6.3

when I use user system I got this message, when I try use another user created for hpsim I got Unknown database error 16512
