Tool not found

Hi All,

I have recently upgraded to SIM 5 SP4 from SIM4.2 and recieve the error "Tool not found. It is either invalid or no longer exists" when I try to add any task.

I am also unable to perform an Automatic Discovery and recieve the error "The discovery task could not be saved".

My account has full local and domain admin rights.

Any ideas?
