Unable to launch

I have installed HP CIM 7SP2.3, and installed Java Plugin, chose not to enable it for IE or NetScape.

Initially could not run jvm.dll, resolved this issue by modifying registry.

When I log in, I get 'Action canceled' error message, and am unable to continue.

Any ideas?
