User Threshold has crossed its falling threshold

Hi There,

We have HPSIM 4.01 up and running to monitor our server infrastructure(Mix of compaq and HP Servers).

We get these traps most often from series of servers, n we get these continously(at times) in the numbers of 10-100.

Can someone tell what this message means and can we afford to ignore these messages.
