Using SIM

Using SIM, is it possible to find the partnumbers of replacement parts? e.g. 146Gb GB SAS harddrive. If yes how? We administer a few DCs remotely and for raising calls with HP we are asked for partnumbers. It would be very useful if this is possible. Thanks.

have you tried running any of the inventory reports against these systems as far as i remember i think these have part / model references.
