VCA Agent service

Hello,
Ever since I upgraded all my servers to PSP 7.40a the VCA service keeps stopping and I'm getting alerts from MOM all the time. I have it set to restart but cannot for the life of me find a reason for this to be happening in the first place. I'm running W2K and W2K3 on all servers. I have HPSIM v5.0 on my management server.

Can you add few log messages & system event messages? It will be helpful to trace the problem
