VCA Trust problem
Hi,
On the "System" page of several servers, when I select "Software Status", I received this error message : Be sure that a trust relationship exists between the HP Systems Insight Manager and Version Control Agent on the target system
In the Security settings of these servers (through "Health Status" link) :
Secure Trust Modes > Trust by Certificate > Trusted certificate : Server Insight
On others servers, no problem.
Thanks for your help

Re: VCA Trust problem
Two things are required before the VCA/VCRM function works. One is the trust between HPSIM and client server and then the credentials to the VCRM itself need to be configured.
As has been mentioned before sometimes the trust Cert gets corrupted, try deleting and reimporting from the HPSIM page. Once the trust is working rerun the SW Polling task.
