VCA version 2.10.720

I am trying to upgrade the VCA on my servers to the latest version. I keep getting the following error:
The software was not supported for installation on this system. HP System Management Homepage Win32 Service was not found by the installer.

Support Pack ver 7.20
HP SIM v4.1
Management Agents ver 7.20

Tries uninstalling older VCA and doing a clean install with the same results.
Any ideas what could be causing this and how to resolve it?

Starting in SS7.20 the VCA and other web based agents require the installation of the System Management Homepage v2.0, it is a new component in the PSP. Once you have the SMH component installed and running you should not get this error.

Did you install the entire PSP 7.20A or just the Agents.
It is recommended that you install the entire PSP as it's a tested bundle.

I haven't installed either yet. Where do I get the full PSP package? Didn't see it in the downloads area of the site. Have you had any issues with this package?
