VCRM does not get install

Hi All,

Trying to install VCRM on DL380 w2k3, no luck.
I run cp006024.exe, I get the package setup pop up. I click on install button, nothing happens.
I click on extract option, it extract the files in a folder, I go to that folder and try to run setup.exe file, I get two err msgs 1) saying can not install VCRM, the bits/product is not belong to this arch. 2) hpsmh need to be installed, which I already have hpsmh running.

Here is the Env.
- DL380/G4
- RH4
- SIM 5
- cp006024.exe VCRM bit
- hpasm-7.5.1-8.i386
- hpsmh-2.1.5-146
- hpvca-2.4-10

Last question, Is VCRM supported on the Virtual machine?

Sorry, but you list W2k3 and RH4 - which environment are you trying to install into? VCRM will only install on Windows there is not a Linux based VCRM.

VCRM is going to be installed on W2K3, My SIM server is RH4.
