Version Control Agent Install Timeout

I've recently upgraded my HP SIM & VCRM installation.
HP SIM v4.2 to v5.0
HP VCRM v2.1.1.730 to v2.1.3.740

I use Linux for HP SIM and Windows 2003 for HP VCRM.

When trying to update a UnitedLinux machine to HP Proliant Support Pack 7.40 i ran into a problem.

The update starts but some components timeout after 25 minutes.

I tried updating just HP SMH and apparently everything was ok.

Then i tried to update just the HP VCA and it timeouts.

I then downloaded the RPM of HP VCA to the machine and installed it using rpm -Uhv and it installed ok.

Any ideas ??
