Version Control Agent losing configuration status

Hiya,

Does anyone know why the VC agents on some servers would revert to Status: Unknown - VC Agent Not Configured?
If I connect to the agent & reconfigure it, then do a software status poll it picks up fine but overnight it seems to lose it again. Isn't really a major problem, but definately annoying =)
