So yet again am stuck !!.

No inventory information is available to obtain a list of Support Packs from. A valid Version Control Repository Manager that contains one or more Support Packs must be configured before a Reference Support Pack may be selected. If you have just selected a repository, please wait a few minutes and then refresh this page.

Re: Version Control Agent Problem

you can download the PSP from hp.com and upload it manualy. after this process, you will see a support pack and VCRM will update it by itself...

I have the latest PSP installed on the server, however the machine with the VCM is actually a workstation running windows 2000 server, is this the problem ?.

Re: Version Control Agent Problem

i use VCM on a d530 with WinXP SP2 (with patched connection limit). when you upload the psp to the vcm via webinterface, it will build its first repository. i think this is needed to function in order.
