Version Control Agent unresponsive

HP ML350 G4p w/ SBS 2003
Upgraded w/ latest Software Pack
Version Contol not functional, generates error
Rolled back to previous version of VCA, but still not functional.
Running latest version of SMH

Can you check if there are any error message shown in VCA and VCRM log pages.
