I have just upgraded one of my DL380 G4 Servers to the latest support pack ver 7.2A but the insight online diagnostics still report as the previous version being installed, checking on the system homepage both versions are installed but VCA still shows the previous version and therefore reports as a minor error.
Is there anyway i can remove the previous version 6.3.0.878

Yep, and the problem has been discussed here in the forum.
There's a problem with this release, you need to remove the older version before deploying th new.
Now you'll need to go into Control Panel, Add/Remove programs and remove the older version manually. It's usually the smaller version. You'll also need to remove the service manually as that will not be cleaned up in some cases. It's an sc command line, but I cannot recall the syntax. But someone provided it in one of the other threads on this.
