Version control Repository Corruption

Getting this old Chestnut error message  "Error retrieving repository. Be sure a trust relationship is established with the repository device"

 

Running SIM version 5.  I believe my version control repository is corrupt.  How do I re-create it?   Can't find any useful HP documentation on how to achieve this.
