Version Control Repository Manager
Does anyone know where I can find the event for the Version Control Repository Manager load? I got a critical event today and I want to customize how the event is handled.
The description is compaq.httpEvents.VCRM Updated. I've looked through the mibs and the event types but can't find it.
Thanks.

Re: Version Control Repository Manager
I found that the other day..
Event type: Unassigned type name is Version Control Repository Manager.
Buried deep. I would have thought that this event was assigned to Systems Insight Manager Events, but I guess nobody thought of that.

Re: Version Control Repository Manager
This event message come from VCRM which is typically installed with HPSIM.
Check the VCRM log for automatic update task results. That should give you some idea about what you are looking for.

Re: Version Control Repository Manager
Thanks. I found the event type setting and set up an automatic event to handle this event (sends an email instead of paging the oncall person). Last time this failed the oncall person got the page and I also got an email.
I'm looking for the mib so that I can change the severity from critical. When I look at the email all it tells me is compaq.httpEvents.VCRM Updated. Unfortunately it doesn't tell me the mib.
Thanks.
