Version Control Repository problems

Does anyone know what to do when after upgrading CIM7 to HPSIM the VC Repository only gives this error whenever you try to configure it ?

"Incorrect login account privilege or protocol for request"

My logs are filling up with this error...

Did an upgrade of the 2.0.50 version to the latest one and that cleared out the error at the same time.
