Virtual Server Migration - P2V Fails

Hi,

IM trying to migrate a Windows 2003 physical server using the HP Virtualisation Management Software.
I am able to deploy the SMP agent to the physical server ok. However when the server boots back up and loads the Server Migration Wizard the P2V process fails.
I can see the server waiting on the IP address which I can ping from the HP SIM server.
The Virtualisation Management Documentation is a bit light of troubleshooting, is someone able to shed any light on what the problem maybe?
