VPM Acquire Updates Hangs

SIM 5.2 with SP1 with VPM 2.2.2. On initial acquire patch update process stops and never times out. Restarted updates mulitlple times with same result. Let run for over 24 hours. Nvdkit.exe stays steady at 25%. Updates always stops in GET/PUT area of patch-aquire.log never on the same file.

Disabled internet access and let the initial acquire process complete. Re-enabled internet access and updates downloaded properly.
