I have no patch visible in HP SIM I have patch in directories view attachment

Hello Moliere,
I would say your proxy settings is not configured in Options > VPM > Settings.
Additionally, could you double check the available space in your disk? VPM acquires for all the required OS and Language and only after it populates the database.
If the problem persists even after these actions, please tell me which is the VPM and HPSIM version currently being used. The latest VPM one is 2.0.3
