Re: VPM
Hi.
Which HPSIM version are you using?
Is this a new VPM installation or upgrade?
What operating system is being used?
Have the VPM been installed successfully?
When exactly the issue occurs?
Have you turned on any firewall settings?
Was the name of the system changed after the IIS installation?
Could you list the softwares installed on the system (Antivirus, Antispyware)?
I was wondering if you can you provide the Event of error displayed by Event Viewer.
Thanks.

Re: VPM
Meanwhile, please try the following:
Execute the following command at the command prompt to verify file registration:
dir %SystemRoot%\system32\msxml3.dll
If the file is not registered, execute the following command at the command prompt to force the registration:
regsvr32 %SystemRoot%\system32\msxml3.dll
Let us know the result.
